This is a Limted/collectors edition snap-on blue handle 1/2,/1/4, and 3/8" drive ratchet set with 1951 gmc panel truck bank with lock and key. Outside of packaging is open, but everything inside has tags and has never been used, truck is still in plastic wrapping. You cannot find these anywhere on the internet. the only thing i can find is one ratchet and it is going for $150 used on ebay. Serious offers only email me anytime.
The numbers on the box are RAT836bvanx, s836 is on one of the ratchet to get an idea of what they look like. If interested i can take pictures.
