This box is 1.2 years old and is in Like new condish. Has stanless steal top 3 locks for each bay, 6 casters to roll around. And one lock on the top right drawer for personal.. It has 19 drawers custom built for me on 10-6-03 its perfect. Can deliver in the midwest for 200.00 more. I can email pics on request. Its all black w/black handles. thanks
