Central tools runout gauge to measure warp and runout in rotors. Easy to use-simply attach to lug, put gauge on rotor and turn by hand. Runout is measured on the gauge . So simple a child could do it (and has). In original, hard sided plastic box. The plexi is broken in the gague, but it still works great. approx 2 1/2 lbs, 12 x 7 x 3 inches for shipping.
