RTI's Air Conditioning Leak Sealant "Starter" Detector Kits includes parts you need to make a good determination of the prescense of leak sealant. It quickly lets you know if an A/C system sealant had been added to the A/C system.
Once you know that sealant is not present, you can safely recover the refrigerant and start repairs. Don't risk contamination of your A/C equipment.
The kit includes re-usable A/C system couplers and enough replacement cartridges to sample 10 vehicles.
