Duties: Accurate diagnosing of all makes of vehicles, including driveability issues, electrical problems, and general repairs. Mentoring of apprentice and licenced technicians. Assuring customer satisfaction through service excellence.

1993-1997: Midas Mufflers: Apprentice Service technician
Duties: General Automotive repairs, including Exhaust custom bending,
Brakes, Alignment, and Suspension.

1986-1993: Mr. Lube: Store Manager. Oversee operations of 14 bay store.
Duties: Customer satisfaction, Inventory, Staffing and Scheduling,
Training, Shop Bookkeeping, Plant maintenance.
