| Have worked in U.S. Air Force for four years as a Refueling Truck Mechanic. Worked on mostly Cummins & International motors but have put my hands on just about everything else at some point.Also have some light truck and passenger car experiance. Have basic knowledge in Hydraulics, Electronics, Plumbing & piping, and all aspects of vehicle maintenance to include safety practices. EXPERIENCE 7/1999 - Present United States Air Force Hurlburt Field, Florida Refueling Maintenance Journeyman Maintained fleet of Refueling Trucks & several types of Refueling Equipment. Included utilizing technical publications to perform preventative maintenance, calibrate gauges & measuring/test equipment, evaluate fuel and air filtering systems, diagnose & repair trucks and equipment, maintain small engines ie. golf cart type vehicles, all while observing safety guidelines as prescribed by AFOSH standards. EDUCATION 2/2000 Automotive technical School & Refueling Maintenance school US-California-Port Hueneme Vocational Succesfully completed Automotive Tech school, Refueling Maintetenace training. Have also satisfied all on-the-job training requirements as prescribed by Air Force Vehicle Maintenance.--Have since obtained ASE Certifications in Engine Repair, Brakes, Steering & Suspension and Diesel Engines.
