EXPERIENCE:

1990-2002: Attorney at Law. I was a solo practitioner in Orange County, California. Experience included heavy emphasis on negotiation, contract, employment law and trial work.

1995-2002: Superior Court Judge Pro-Tem. I was appointed by the Presiding Judge to sit on the bench of the Orange County Superior Court. I presided over cases when permanent judges were on vacation, ill, etc.

1983-1986: Manager of two radio stations. We owned a one-half interest in and I managed an AM/FM radio station combo in Sierra Vista, Arizona. In the first year of that operation the station’s billing went from $12,000 per month to an average of over $60,000 monthly. While living in Sierra Vista, I was Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce, and sat on numerous boards of non-profit organizations.

1963-1983: Broadcasting profession. On the air radio announcer and television news anchor, primarily in Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona.

EDUCATION:

1986-1989: Juris Doctor from Southern California College of Law while working as a full-time law clerk. Finished second in my graduating class and was President of the Student Bar Association my senior year.

1986: Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, graduating first in the class with a 3.97 grade point average.
