I have been selling cars for about 3 years. I have an average of 14 cars per month. I have been trained slightly on menu selling for warrantys, GAP, Sec. Guard, and Credit/Life. I have a very good idea what it takes to be a great F&I Manager. I have the highest backend gross in my dealership because of my motivation to pre-sell all aspects of the backend profit-makers. I would be open to a floater position or a back-up F&I/Sales floor, position.
