Supervisor:
Started as a Porter (3 Months), Salesman and finally General Supervisor with the final word on all decisions related to the purchase and subsequently retail sales of all automobiles.

Increased our profits by 40% annually and decreased our expenses by more than 50% by buying better inventory

Drove an estimated distance of 900 miles per week in search of a better Automobile a much lower price (spent an average of 40% less than the previous buyer). And made sure that any car purchased was not a “city car” but a “highway” car (all of our cars have met or excel our requirements of lasting at least 4 years without any major repairs)

Created “our own” financial company (MAC CORP) for all, the customers bypassed by all financial institutions as “too risky” and enjoyed a success ratio than 95%. These buyers paid an average APR of 48% and were sold an automobile according to their job status and economical stand, with the promise of better things ahead based on their responsibility when making payments. Subsequently we stop selling all our contracts and started financing all of our clientele. All our cars carry a minimum of $3,000,00 tag over what we paid for originally when it was purchased at the auction.

Created a better relationship between our workforce and clientele where our goal was to make sure that our clientele would come back to us on any future car needs for them, their family and their friends. (13 yrs later, the children of our original buyers make Buck town their first choice to buy their first car).

Instituted the rule that every buyer considered “sub-prime” would bring a suitable co-signer (regardless) with established credit, and would get a contract no longer that 2 years (most of these customers have built their credit rating and now own their own home, and thank us for the opportunity we gave them)

Rewarded loyal and good paying customers with a free oil change for one year and $100.00 dollars for each friend brought to us who purchased any automobile (no better advertisement than from the mouth of a satisfied customer)
