Responsibilities & Accomplishments: As an Infiniti sales consultant (1996-1999), consistently performed with above zone CSI, amongst the top performers every month and also achieved the Infiniti Central Region sales consultant award in 1998. Then got promoted as the Oldsmobile Director and in ‘2000, earned the Master Sales Manager from General Motors. I was also able to achieve an all time record for the Oldsmobile sales department in Sales Volume and Net Profit for the Store. Oldsmobile departments Net Profit was higher than any other department within Crest Auto Group. Soon after this, I was given the highest volume brand at Crest, Isuzu New Vehicles. In 2001, Isuzu Net profit was an all time record of about $920,000, which was higher than the net profit of Cadillac,Infiniti, Oldsmobile and Pre-owned net profit combined. In sales volume Crest Isuzu reached the top 5 rank in 2001. In 2002, I took the lead position in Infiniti as the Infiniti Director, and in 3 months we achieved an all time record Gross Profit, Net Profit and Volume and above zone CSI for the store. With these accomplishments in a short period, I was asked to take over the Cadillac Sales department which was underperforming in 2002. Soon after that, we were consistently #2 in the city for New Cadillac sales. In Dec of 2002, we retailed 106 new Cadillac vehicles at a gross profit of $3300/copy, which was an all time record for the store. Also that year I earned the 2nd master sales manager award from General Motors. In 2004, I got promoted to Director of Sales operations New & Pre-Owned Cadillac. In January 2005, I was then asked to lead the Infiniti sales department which was struggling to be #1 in the city. In the 6 months of being the Infiniti Director, I was able to achieve 4 months of volume leadership in the city. I am a great closer and love to talk to customers. Inventory management is my forte, and training is my passion.
