OBJECTIVE: To expand upon my current skills in Management and Sales in a progressive company, one in which I can make a difference, continue to learn and gain new skills, and am allowed the opportunity to achieve unlimited success.
I am a motivated, team oriented individual who is not afraid of hard work, and the hours needed to be successful. New Car Sales Manager. Primarily worked on Sales Training, Sales Certification, and Inventory Ramp-up. Attempted to turn a historically used car dealership into a new car dealership.
1999-2002Business/Sales Manager: Andy Mohr Ford, Inc.
Working in Automobile Dealership Management as Business Manager, as well as filling in for the Sales Manager. Was responsible for Dealer financials, consumer loan and lease contracts, interaction and relationships with lenders and customers, training of dealership managers and salespeople. Sold intangible items, such as insurance, extended service policies, loan rates and terms to customers. Handled Customer Service and Concern issues for the Sales and Service Departments. Handled all loan closings with customers, and processed all loan, lease, and purchase documents. Worked with Dealer Principle and Controller to maintain financial records, and to ensure quick payment to dealer by lenders and banks.
2000-2000Business to Business Sales Part-time/ Gulf Industries
Part-time, prospected and cold called on business’, presenting, selling, and designing custom made signs. I did this on days off, and during slow periods when we did not need 2 Business Managers daily. Gained valuable skills in selling, negotiating, and one-call closing.
1996-1999Sales/Business Manager: Collins Lincoln Mercury
Same duties as above auto dealership. Began as a New Car Sales Rep, and was trained and promoted to Business/Sales Manager. Had much more hands on duties, with in depth training of dealership staff. Learned all aspects of running the Automotive Dealership.
1995-1996Sales, Jerry Alderman Ford
New Car/Truck Automotive Salesperson. Sold New and Used Ford vehicles.
